St. GraceThere is very little known about St. Grace, not even when she lived. Tradition has it that Grace and her husband St. Probus were from Cornwall. They are supposedly buried in a church named for them in the village of Probus in Cornwall. When the church was being renovated, two skulls, one male and one female were found buried near the high altar. The present church dates from the sixteenth century, but there was a monastery near the site before the Norman Conquest. St. Grace’s feast is July 5. |
